Imagine a substance that costs 20 million dollars per kilogram. It is almost non-existent on Earth, but is abundantly scattered across the surface of the Moon. It can cool quantum computers to temperatures close to absolute zero, and perhaps someday it will become fuel for clean thermonuclear energy. This is not the plot of a science fiction novel.
