In this article, the complex relationship between the biblical narrative of Noah's Ark and the geographical object known as Mount Ararat is examined. Based on the analysis of historical evidence, archaeological expeditions, and contemporary geophysical research, the evolution of views on the location of the final resting place of the biblical vessel is reconstructed. Special attention is given to the phenomenon of the 'Ararat Anomaly', the Durupinar geostructure, and the long-running debate between the scientific community and biblical-archaeology enthusiasts.
